24-Hour Cancellation Notice

Due to small class size, it is crucial that we be notified of cancellations as early as possible so we can offer cancelled class spots to others.  Therefore, cancellations should be made 24-hours in advance.  Non-adherence to cancellation policy may result in forfeiture of class or session.

Payment Policy

Classes to be paid in advance. The studio accepts cash, checks and Visa/MasterCard/Discover.

Expiration

Packages have a 6-month expiration. Does not apply to unlimited monthly package.  No refunds.

Attire

Comfortable workout clothing recommended. Socks are required. No shoes please. Also towel & closed water container recommended.

Cell Phones

Kindly turn off cell phones. If necessary, please keep your phone on vibrate and with you.

Children

We love children, but our workout programs are not suitable for children.  Also, the studio is not kid safe. So please refrain from bringing children.

  • Please enter the studio quietly if there is a session or class in progress
  • Kindly remove your shoes before entering the workout area
  • Personal items and shoes may be stored in the lockers
  • The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items
  • Please wipe down equipment after each use

Ken Sykes – Martial Arts Expert

Ken Sykes is an  accomplished 4th Degree Black Belt and a fierce competitor.  Ken was part of both the United States Karate Team and the Philadelphia National Karate Team competing in national martial arts competitions from 1992 until 2009.

His passion for martial arts & love for fitness has lead to an accomplished career in kickboxing group fitness training,  Ken has taught kickboxing group fitness for 14 years.  His unique style is well sought after, even leading to his class being featured on local media outlets. Ken welcomes you to, “Come get Fit with Ken!!”
