YOGA CLASSES

Yoga 360 A total balance of yoga forms with a creative twist. Whatever style of yoga you do you’ll love the innovative challenge of this class. Suitable for all levels, our amazing instructors will help you modify the moves to accommodate injuries such as week knees, back, shoulders, etc.

Creative Yoga Flow Vinyasa Flow, is a practice where postures are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect. Classes builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength. Vinyasa (also called “Power Yoga”) as a form is always evolving. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga Blend A unique blend of yoga types. This class will help you to reduce stress. Of course you can expect increased flexibility, strength, toning, stamina, vitality, energy, and weight loss, as well as a sense of well-being and relaxed awareness.
